WATCH THE CRADLE: GLORY – JAY-Z (FEAT. B.I.C.)

On Saturday January 7th Beyonce & Jay-Z welcomed their first child into the world by the name of Blue Ivy Carter. Allegedly the couple had the entire maternity wing of the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York city booked off just for family and close friends for a whopping $1.3 million dollars(Hows that for a grand entrance?).

Just a day and a half later Jay-Z released a track dedicated to his baby girl; She was even featured on it too(Towards the ending of the song you’ll hear Baby Blue’s first cry)!
The words are so genuine, so many different emotions can be felt. Jay even reveals that Beyonce had a miscarriage before becoming pregnant with Blue.

None the less despite all the crazy rumors out there, Congratulations are in order for the Carter family!

It was inspired by a Jay-Z line from my fave Jigga record, Song Cry, “They say you can’t turn a bad girl good , But once a good girls gone bad she’s gone forever.” Marilyn Monroe is presented as something opposite of the good girl image which she is usually seen as. The blonde bombshell rap chick is at it again. Iggy Azalea has dropped her third consecutive video from her mixtape “Ignorant Art”. Usually the audience is viewing a much more coarse Iggy(You know, rapping ’bout her pu$$y & what not) but in this song/video she’s showing a more vulnerable side rapping about a guy she knows is totally wrong for her.

The black & white photo shoot concept of this video paired up with her dope flow has me in awe.

She could so have a career as a model! Imagine that.. Model by day, badass rapper chick by night.
